The Board of Directors is the governing authority of Blue Lotus College and is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and quality of the organisation as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The Board comprises a majority of independent members, together with representatives of the owners of the organisation and members of the executive management team.
