Our IT team provides assistance with:
Student Portal Access
- Help with login issues and password resets
- Navigation support for accessing course materials, results, timetables, and announcements
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support for Moodle access and usage
- Troubleshooting submission or access problems
- Guidance on how to use features like forums, quizzes, and assignments
Email and Microsoft 365
- Assistance with student email setup and access
- Support for using Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Configuration on personal devices (laptops, phones, tablets)
Wi-Fi and On-Campus Connectivity
- Help connecting to the campus Wi-Fi network
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues in classrooms or labs
Printing and Scanning
- Support for student printing accounts and usage
- Access to on-campus scanners and printing setup
College Devices and Labs
- Maintenance and availability of college-provided desktops and laptops
